Established
in 1967, Marmaris Marti Otel Isl. AS has become
one of the distinguished trade marks in the
Turkish resort hotels sector since its very
beginning. Marti Group started its operations
with Marti Resort, which is Turkey's first resort
hotel, in 1969. In 1988, La Perla was built,
followed by Marti Myra in 1995, which brought
the group's total bed capacity up to 2,200.
Providing services to different groups of customers
with a wide range of products, Marti Hotels
is in cooperation with the biggest German and
British tour operators for many years.
Marti Group plans to raise the total bed capacity
to 3,200 upon the completion of its investments
at Sarigerme. It is our group's long term targets
to reach a capacity of 8,000 beds along the
coastal strip between Bodrum and Side.
Marti is one of the oldest companies operating
in the Turkish tourism sector. Our company has
been expanding its operations thanks to an accumulation
of experience of more than a quarter century,
carrying out renewal and quality improvement
investments without interruption.
Marmaris Marti Otel Isl. AS is the first company,
which offered its shares to the public in the
Turkish tourism sector. At present 1/3 of the
company shares are traded at the local stock
exchange, IMKB.
One of the pillars of the company management
philosophy is to attain a satisfactory profitability
which will ensure the growth of the company
and the attainment of other commercial targets.

35 acres. It consists of 5 separate
blocks, of which 4 are 4-storey and
1 is single-storey. Of 264 standard
rooms, 44 are allocated for non-smokers.

the hotel has 2 suites each consisting
of 2 family rooms, 1 bed room, one sitting
room, jacuzzi and one kitchenette. There
are 2 single rooms and 2 standard rooms
for the handicapped.

12 Vacation Club units each with 1 or
2 bed rooms, which have a floor space
between 51 square meters and 150 square
meters, balconies or terraces, jacuzzi,
kitchenettes and music sets.

is served at Casanova Bar between 10.15 – 11.00,

right on the coast is at your disposal offering

- La Grotta Restaurant,
which serves with select food from Italian Cuisine
