Ephesus/Kusadasi (BLD)
Proceed to Ephesus and wander along its 2,000 year old marble
streets to such famous sites as the theatre, marketplace, Hadrian
Temple, Trajan Fountain, Scholastic Baths and the Celsus Library.
In the afternoon, visit the home of the Virgin Mary where believed

DAY 2:
Saturday or Wednesday
Pergamon /Canakkale (BLD)
Drive along the Aegean coast to ancient Pergamon, the city where
parchment was invented. Discover
 the
Acropolis on top of the hill and Asclepion, one of the most
important healing centers of the history where psychotherapy
originated from. In the afternoon, visit the legendary city
of Troy, where Hector abducted Helen, then chased
by Achilleus and see the Trojan Horse that concluded the war,
as narrated in the Iliada of Homeros. |
DAY 3:
Sunday or Thursday
Gallipoli/Istanbul (BL)
In the morning, cross the Dardanelles
straight and discover Gallipoli where the bloodies battle of
the 2nd World War took place; visit the museum, Anzac Cove and
Lone Pine. Drive to Istanbul, the only city that truly bridges
Europe and Asia.
